Although all our inventory is located in Barcelona, Spain, we can ship worldwide. Making sure you receive your ZETTIA products anywhere.
1.- Is there free shipping?
YES! We have FREE SHIPPING OVER for orders over 80€ worldwide.
2.- Order confirmation
ZETTIA will send by email the order confirmation with the details of your purchase.

Orders within the EU usually arrive between 2 to 3 business days after the shipping notification.
2.- Standard shipping
Orders within the EU usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after shipment.
3.- International shipping
The best way to know the cost of your shipment is to generate a test purchase to know the real cost.
*It may happen that an order is delayed due to a customs issue, this would lengthen the delivery time of your package.
4.- Shipping within Spain (Peninsular)
We work on the basis of the prices of the post office and its traditional tariffs that within Spain has a fixed price of 4€ without VAT included.
5.- Shipments to Balearic Islands

It will depend on the country where the package will be shipped what the charge will be, we recommend you to test with the products you like to see what the shipping costs will be.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.- Need to change the size of your product?
Don't worry! If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to shop@zettia.es and we will assist you throughout the process.
IMPORTANT: ZETTIA has in its policy a product exchange within our costs, if you need to make another exchange again it will be at the customer's cost.
There is a maximum of 5 days to request the exchange of the product since its delivery.
2.- Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

3.- Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

4.- Items on Sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for items that were on sale or discount.
